Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Soap is a personal and hygienic product. Once it has been shipped, it cannot be resold or restocked. This protects your safety and guarantees that every bar you receive is fresh and unused.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we accidentally sent the wrong product:
- Contact us at somabarsoaps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, details, and photos if possible.
- We’ll review and send a replacement or issue store credit depending on the situation.
